Location: St Neots (Office-Based)
Salary: to £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

The Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator with relevant experience within banking or insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and checking documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate client records
  • Chasing outstanding information and progressing cases proactively
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and third parties

About You

  • Previous pensions and investments administration experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment
