• Mealmarket Street & Pittodrie Street, Aberdeen

💷 Pay & Hours

• £15 per hour (PAYE)
• Monday–Friday, 7:45am–8:00pm

📅 Contract Phases (short-term work)

• Phase 1: 10 June (urgent)
• Phase 2: 8 July
• Phase 3: 26 August
• Each phase ≈ 10 days of work

🧭 Role Overview

This is a short-term supervisory cleaning role during student accommodation turnaround periods. You’ll be leading teams and ensuring rooms are cleaned and ready efficiently between tenant changeovers.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning across accommodation sites
• Allocate rooms and organise staff workloads
• Manage and coordinate cleaning teams on shift
• Carry out quality checks and inspections
• Maintain productivity and standards
• Report daily progress to management
• Communicate with site teams
• Ensure smooth, on-time completion of turnovers

✅ Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience (essential)
• Supervisory/team leader experience (preferred)
• Strong organisation and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and decision-making ability
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
