What you will be doing:
- Looking after a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact and conducting regular reviews with clients.
- Accounts and Tax return preparations for urgent and complex cases.
- Identifying new clients and winning new business, supporting future growth
- Supporting with new client onboarding
- Management of junior members of staff, including learning and development.
- Managing day to day work, liaising with Senior Accounts team and directors to plan and prioritise
- Training of new and junior members of staff
What you will have:
- Experience within a Practice environment
- Staff Management and Development Experience
- Strong Technical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
