Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Calm, caring, and patient approach to supporting pupils
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to follow guidance and adapt to the needs of the pupil
- Positive attitude and willingness to support across the school day
- Understanding of SEND or additional learning needs is beneficial
- Passionate about making a positive difference in education
