The Role - SEN TA

A supportive and inclusive school in Hackney is seeking a dedicated SEN TA to join their team. As an SEN TA, you will work closely with students who require additional support both inside and outside the classroom. The successful SEN TA will support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping to manage behaviour, encourage engagement, and provide tailored academic and emotional support. You will work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure students receive consistent and effective support throughout the school day. Strong communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach are essential for this SEN TA role.
